We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the parents who attended today’s reading workshop. It was wonderful to see so many families joining us to learn more about the importance of reading, how it supports children’s development, and the simple yet effective ways you can help at home. We also shared how we promote a love of reading at Uplands and the strategies we use to support every child’s progress.
We were delighted to welcome Highfields Library, who provided valuable information about the services and opportunities available to families within the local community. Their support plays an important role in encouraging children to read beyond the classroom.
