Uplands Junior L.E.A.D. Academy took part in the inaugural Park Run as part of the local Leicester City Schools events.
We took a team of 8 children to run 2km around Spinney Hill Park against 4 other schools. Well done to Denik who came second, Hamza who came third, Iqra who was the first girl and all our wonderful runners because we won the schools trophy too.
