We were delighted to welcome parents to our recent SEND coffee morning on Wednesday, which was a highly positive and well-attended event. The session provided a valuable opportunity to celebrate the journeys of our pupils and strengthen our partnership with families.
Parents were particularly engaged by a series of videos showcasing our Year 6 pupils, reflecting on their experiences over the past four years. These powerful insights highlighted the growth, resilience and achievements of our students, as well as the supportive environment that has enabled them to thrive. The videos also gave a clear overview of the comprehensive preparations currently in place to ensure a smooth and successful transition to Year 7.
In addition, parents had the opportunity to explore the wide range of evidence-based interventions that run throughout the academic year. This helped to demonstrate the targeted support systems we have in place to meet a variety of needs and ensure that every child is able to make meaningful progress.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the parents who attended for their continued support and commitment. Your involvement plays a vital role in the success of our pupils.
We look forward to building on this positive momentum, with more smiling faces, positive attitudes, high levels of motivation and continued progress for all pupils in the next academic year.
