Welcome to the PE Curriculum Page.
At Uplands, we aim to provide your child a variety of different sporting experiences through PE lessons, educational visits / visitors and extracurricular provision.
PE Uniform & Expectations
At Uplands, having a PE uniform looks smart and promotes unity. Children are expected to attend school on their PE days already in PE uniform. If children are only attending an Afterschool Club, they must come in normal uniform and bring their PE Kit to school.
The PE uniform consists of:
- Royal Blue Logo T-Shirt
- Black tracksuit bottoms / leggings / shorts
- Trainers (Plimsoles maybe worn, however they provide less support. Gymnastics is completed barefoot)
- Uplands Jumper or Plain Black jumper
If for any reason your child is unable to participate in practical sessions or has to wear an alternative kit, a note must be submitted from the parent prior to the start of the lesson.

Current timetable – Please look at the days identified under your child’s class. There may be times when children’s PE day will change. To ensure your child has kit on the correct day, please ensure your email address is up to date with the office.
There are a few changes this term, these changes will be communicated by the class teacher / school comms
